Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes! We offer nationwide delivery via trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery Charges:

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 200 (may vary by weight/location)

  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package in real-time.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Yes! We offer COD for your convenience, along with Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer options.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused, in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or unsealed items

  • Items without original packaging

  • “Change of mind” returns

How to Request a Return:

  2. Send us photos of the item if damaged or incorrect

Refund or Exchange Options:

  • We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the case

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item
